“I integrate modern mathematics and technology with traditional needlework, fabric manipulation, quilting, and embellishment to create my fractal art quilts.” Born in London, England, Rose moved to Antigua, West Indies in 1986. She established a small art studio for private commissions and exhibitions throughout the Caribbean. Relocating to Virginia in 1996, she started a home based studio creating one-of-a-kind art quilts. HGTV featured Rushbrooke and her fractal art quilts in a segment called "Simply Quilts" that aired in December, 2004.
