Veena Raghavan is a potter, sculptor and painter. She works mainly with porcelain and stoneware producing both functional and decorative work. Raghavan brings the fusion of several cultures to her work as a result of her time spent living in Canada, England, France, Spain, Switzerland and India. She was born in the United States and was educated in Europe and India. She returned to live in the U.S. in 1976. After living for twenty-five years in New York, she now resides in northern Virginia.
