“My ceramic sculptures are the newest exploration and evolution of myself as a ceramic artist. With the guidance of spirit, the work is created with anticipation and excitement. Plant forms have an ongoing theme in my pottery work. The small hand-built flower forms came first in a playful way. I realized that the flower symbolized abundance in my life and a fresh new continuing blossoming of my self.” Leslie Betz also creates a whimsical and colorful line of functional teapots, dinnerware and vases.
